NOVICE TRAINING & PLAY DAY BBQ
From 9:00am until 12:00pm

Season Schedule - TBD
There are a few things that will be different this year due to Covid-19. I have outlined the major points below.
Paperwork:
All paperwork will need to be downloaded from our website SQMR.net. You will need to fill out the membership form and sign the waiver form for our insurance and email them to SkagitQMR@hotmail.com. Tech forms will be filled out by a designated Tech Official on race day.
Race Fees
For the 2020 season all memberships will be free, if you have already paid, please contact a board member to get refunded.
Race day fee will be $30 for a car/driver and a handler. With all others being $5/person.
Payments are to be made through PayPal if possible (@SkagitQMR please use friend's and family) We will accept cash and check but no change will be available for cash.
Pit stalls
We will be spacing pit stalls 6' apart. We will also use the area just outside the gate as a pit area with 6' spacing. One car per stall. Families with multiple cars will need a stall for each car.
COVID-19 requirements
Hand washing station
Hand sanitizer
No shared pens
No shared pit stalls (1 car per stall, families with more than 1 car will need 1 stall for each car)
Portable toilet disinfected periodically
Masks recommended
Social distancing as much as possible
No fans allowed at this time. Immediate family is ok.
If any questions or concerns arise on race day, the SQMR board will answer and address them as quickly as possible.

Please get your forms in asap so we have time to go through them.
